Sometimes we even have to use the typewriter, i learned a lot from my experience and i hope that the skills  i learn would come useful one day on real  life and on  a real Job.

Background:<!–

   During the spanish colonization on how mambusao got its name were handed down through generation.Between 1600 and 1605, the spanish colonizer headed by salcedo, while exploring the deffirent areas of the province,reach tipic, a place along a bank of what is now known as the mambusao river. they saw some natives cleaning  “kayos” a kind of poisonous wild tuber that becomes edibleafter removing  the toxic substance by vigorous washing of the tuber in the running stream four hours Wanting to know the name of the place. some of the group  shouted,”Que pueblo”?. The natives did not understand the question, one of the natives, thinking that  the foreigners curious about what they were doing,ans wed”Busao” which means washing the kayos tuber. At one point ,they saw a group of children  playing and some women were washing clothes. One of the children kept saying “Mam” as he tried to call his  mother’s attention.

     Without really getting  the correct answer from the natives as to the name of the place , the spaniard decided to affix the word ” Mam” to the word “Busao” and entered in their journal Mambusao as the name of what was then called by the natives as tipic.

Means of transportation:

Mambusao is the center of the province of capiz, it is situated 105kms.away from  Ilo-ilo city and 36kms .from Roxas city, the capital of capiz. From mambusao to Roxas city is (45mins). jeepneys or vans, from Mambusao to Calibo (2hrs). provincial bound buses.      

Where to go and what to see:

    Kipot caves are set amidst mountain are truly a dazzling display of nature’s splending domain, a fantastic beauty that offers nature lovers surprise and fascination. The caves are locatid in the northwest section of Mambusao, and can be reached by vans or jeepneys fromroxas city through 36kms. of concrete road and another seven kilometers from the poblacion.

     Alamedian Falls is located about six km from the poblacion it has one pool at the upper  and  lower portion where the people can swim to their heart content.

Mambusao Bounties:

    The soil of mambusao is fertile and very suitable to most type of agricultural crops thus giving a rich harvest to the mambusaonon. One of their product  are coconut,  the coconal breeding trials unit which was  conceptualized to conserve coconut germplasm collection from genitic loss,number 1 in the world among colleges for having the biggest collection of cucunat genetic resources. Another product is banana, rice, ect.

The St. catherine of Alexandria Parish Church:

    The parish of  St. Catherine of Alexandria parish church, worship for the catholic  community is one of the biggest churches in the province of capiz.

The Inilusan Festival:

This  cultural-religious festivity  was first introduced in 1975 as the year’s festival theme. the term, Inilusan means the mutual and receprocal giving and sharing of food in the spirit of fraternal goodwill that reflects the genenosity of  the mambusaonon. It is also means sharing of talents and expertise to one another. The Inilusan is a colorful pageant celebrated by way of recollecting the stories of Mambusao and depicting the historical and cultural growth of the town during the celebration  of the  town feista on November 25 in honor of Saint Catherine of Alexandria

When i step in college, hahaha im shy, i dont have any friends, i  dont know who is my classsmate because  lot of student  passing by, but that’s not the end of our life in college, more experiences have been incounter, hardshep and crazyness during our exam, i also incounter adventure and enjoyable during our trip first in Bacolod, Cebu and Bohol diffirent places,diffirent people i’ve been meet,i enjoy my life in  College when we get together. college is not like a highschool life.
